		<description><![CDATA[I also read that it was not the scientists that spoke to the public, rather a public official who was in the meeting announced that there was nothing to worry about. However, in the actual meeting the scientists did not agree that there was no risk and I think a few of them refused to say there was no risk because they could not predict an earthquake (though they were being pressured to do so).]]></description>
